Mohammad-Ali Ramin becomes deputy culture minister for press

TEHRAN -- Political analyst Mohammad-Ali Ramin has been selected as deputy culture minister for press affairs.

The appointment was announced by Minister of Culture and Islamic Guidance Mohammad Hosseini on Sunday.
Ramin was the advisor of Hosseini when he was the head of the Payame Noor University, a state-run Iranian distance education university.
He was also the secretary of the International Conference on Review of the Holocaust: Global Vision, which was held in Tehran in December 2006.
